Our digital gift cards ($25, $50, and $100) can be used at any time for a purchase in our online store.
*Gift cards are only available for orders paid by credit card and placed in Canada.
Passe-Temps gift cards can only be used on our online store passetemps.com and have no expiration date.
To use a Passe-Temps digital gift card, you must enter the card number in the Gift Card field when checking out. There is no limit to the number of gift cards you can use in a single transaction. If the order total exceeds the value of the gift cards used, you will need to pay the difference using another payment method. If you do not use the full amount of your gift card, the remaining balance can be used on a future purchase.
You can check your gift card balance at any time via the link sent to you by email at the time of your purchase (it may take a few minutes for the gift card balance to update). If you have trouble checking your balance or using your gift card, you can contact our customer service team at the following address: info@passetemps.com.
Passe-Temps gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The value of our gift cards is always displayed in Canadian dollars. Just like any other payment method, gift cards are a form of payment: their value will be applied to the post-tax total during the transaction.
Passe-Temps digital gift cards cannot be used to purchase other Passe-Temps digital gift cards.
Sales tax does not apply to gift card purchases. If your order includes other products, tax will only be applied to those items.
Refund requests for products purchased entirely with digital gift card(s) will be credited to the original gift card(s). You will therefore not receive a new gift card at the time of the refund.
