Refund policy

Non-conformity or defect

We are committed to shipping the requested items in good condition to the address provided in your order. In the event of a problem, you must complete our customer service form within 30 days of the shipment of the merchandise so that we can resolve the issue. It is therefore your responsibility to verify the completeness of your order and the quality of the products upon receipt.

Voluntary returns

In the event that you have changed your mind or made a mistake when placing your order, you may return unwanted items to us. After receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued via the payment method used for the original order.

Return conditions

• The product must be intact (please ensure the package is properly packed and protected), complete, and still available for sale at Les Éditions Passe-Temps (not discontinued).
• Please note that no exchanges or refunds will be given for reproducible documents, clearance products, and gift cards.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The initial shipping costs are non-refundable. In-person returns are also possible during our business hours.
• The return form must be completed in advance to facilitate processing.
• The invoice must be included in the package.
