Canada

No shipping charges will apply to any order of $149 or more placed on our website anywhere in Canada. For online orders under $149, a flat fee of $10.00 will apply. This fee will also apply to any order placed by email or phone, regardless of the order amount.

If you would like to pick up your order at our offices during business hours and save on shipping costs, please contact our customer service department.

Orders are generally processed within one to three business days*. Delivery to Quebec typically takes one to three business days, while elsewhere in Canada, delivery may take up to seven business days. However, we are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the carrier. Packages are delivered by Nationex, Canada Post, or Purolator across the country.

United States, Central America, and South America

You can only purchase digital documents on our website. These must be paid for by credit card, and the amount charged will be in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Unfortunately, we no longer ship physical products to the United States, Central America, and South America.

Overseas

You can only purchase digital documents on our website. These can be paid for by credit card, and the amount charged will be in Canadian dollars (CAD).
